Udon Maruka, this udon shop always has a line, often a very long one. A friend said, “The internet says this is the best udon in Tokyo,” so we joined the line at 5 p.m. Fortunately, it wasn’t too long.
This little plan seemed worthwhile because the food was truly delicious. The noodles has a soft yet chewy texture, the clear broth was comforting, and the tempura was fantastic. If it weren’t for the long lines, I could probably come hear all the time.
